During the Open Alpha, every character gets free reward mails from "Dragona Team" when it reaches levels 20, 30 and 40. Press O in game to open your mail and claim the attachments. Mails arrive within about 10 minutes of reaching the level. A character that is already past a level still gets that level's mails. These rewards are for the alpha only.

Notes
- Levels 30 and 40 send two mails each: the gift (weapon, potions, gold) and the supplies (EXP potions, oils). Claim both, and keep free inventory slots.
- Gold is claimed from the mail too: open the mail and take the money.
- Reinforcement Oil only protects your item when you drag it into the protect slot of the Reinforce window. Having it in your inventory does nothing.
- The potions and EXP potions cannot be traded.
